MVGLA has an intern!

We are pleased to have our newest teammate Finn Dower on the job, this summer he will be working predominantly on the upkeep of MVGLA’s Master Wind Farm Database. Having taken Computing Science to a high standard in school, he is well equipped and experienced in database management and is progressing fast.

As a student, the academic break is the best time for him to contribute to MVGLA, although the occasional term-time request for edits might be made to ensure smooth work for the other members of the team.

The crew currently consists of 10 members: Anita, Bea, Brigitte, Finn, Graeme, Grant, Jacqui, Julia, Marc and Yannis.

Since Finn lives a 10 minute walk away, our carbon footprint does not grow which we are very pleased about.

More updates will follow going into more depth on the work he is doing, growing our important database resource with lots of new wind farm records!
